Please note that financial donations are processed through PayPal. The website does not receive, collect, or store the payment information (bank account/credit card info) PayPal uses to process donation payments.

Information gathered from forms or third parties are safeguarded by being stored in password-protected databases, including our CRM and our financial records. Passwords are revoked when staff leave the Foundation. All staff are expected to protect the privacy of our volunteers, donors, and applicants.


PayPal is our online donation processor. Information collected by PayPal is to identify online donors and receive payment in the amount of their gift(s). We may use PayPal information to send acknowledgements to donors of our receipt and appreciation for their donation. Donor names may be listed in organizational materials. Please advise us if you would rather not be recognized in this way.

MailChimp is our email marketing provider. MailChimp collects our subscribers email and contact information.


The Foundation will retain data in our live systems only for as long as we need to, for the success of programs that support the Foundation. We also keep physical data records in accordance with our document retention policy.
